Edan est un chat à poil court. Son pelage est brun tigré au museau et au poitrail blanc. Ses yeux sont ambrés et il a une longue cicatrice qui part de son épaule jusqu'a son dos.

Edan est quelqu'un d'assez froid et colérique, réagissant souvent violemment quand on le cherche. Il se montre cassant envers la plupart des gens qu'il rencontre et semble être facilement ennuyé par la maladresse des autres apprentis Chasseurs. Il n'accorde pas facilement sa confiance aux autres et semble cacher ses faiblesses et ses émotions sous ses airs désagréables. Il est aussi assez sérieux et ne se laisse pas facilement déstabilisé.
